• Does not schedule or confirm an appointment
• Does not create a repair or service agreement between you and BonnerWorks
• Does not guarantee that BonnerWorks will accept the work

BonnerWorks must review and accept each service request separately. After reviewing your request, BonnerWorks may contact you to ask questions, discuss the machine and service needed, and discuss availability. Any repair or service work will be handled under separate arrangements made directly with BonnerWorks.

By submitting a Service Request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share any photos you upload.

Communications

If you submit a Service Request, BonnerWorks may contact you by phone or email about your request. If you choose to provide SMS consent through the chat/text widget on the Website, BonnerWorks may send non-marketing informational and transactional text messages related to your inquiry or service.
